FY 2009 Example of Data Driven Decision Making Deep East Texas P-16 Council (Nacogdoches) 1.Established Data Bank for each of its 15 districts 2.District reports completed and disseminated to each district Data bank includes data on students: participating in Advanced Courses who are college ready taking and scoring at or above criterion ACT/SAT enrolled in 2 and 4 year post- secondary Texas institutions

P-16 Council Outputs P-16 Institutes 773 people attended 4 Institutes held in August, November, February and June. People from 17 institutions that were not funded have participated in the Institutes.
