SW-PBS Creates a safer and more effective school by structuring the learning environment to support the academic and social success of all students. Identifies and personalizes Bear Code of Conduct for each school Bear Code is taught to students through common lesson plans/videos. Bear Code is taught 1-2 times per year and repeated as necessary. Incentives are developed to support desired behaviors.
