Santa Rosa County District Schools Professional Orientation Program (POP) Professional Improvement Plan (PIP)

SRCDS: Professional Orientation Program (POP) Same Process new format Majority of the program is electronic located in the Professional Growth System (PGS) – Portfolio Requirements sent to HR (paper chase) Documentation of the Appeals Process Final FEAPS assessment by team and signatures Mentor Team’s Final Recommendation Form – The POP participant must complete all POP requirements plus IP Level 1 requirements

SRCDS: Professional Orientation Program (POP) Observations: – 10 Minimum Observations plus one 1 st Semester Evaluation Building Administrator :2 formal, 4 informal (these are tied into the Evaluation System to eliminate duplicate of effort), and One 1 st semester evaluation Mentor Peer: 2 formal Mentor Other Educator: 2 formal All observations require a Pre and Post Conference
