Flow Chart 1 of 4 St. Landry Parish PAC FBA and BIP Procedures PAC Liaison, School Administrator, & SBLC Coordinator Routinely Checks (Weekly) PowerSchool for Suspensions Students who receive 2nd Suspension are placed on the next SBLC Agenda SBLC will discuss student, complete appropriate forms, & decide on intervention Tier 2 Intervention will be Implemented Student data will be discussed at next SBLC meeting including Progress Monitoring data and Implementation Integrity Checks PAC will keep log of SPED Students receiving T2 to be sent to Chris and Holly on weekly basis

Flow Chart 2 of 4 St. Landry Parish FBA and BIP Procedures If student data and SBLC Team indicates T3 is needed then: PAC Liaison Informs TIERS via Email after the SBLC Meeting of the Student Name and School PAC Liaison sends out Parental Consent PAC Liaison informs Alicia Higginbotham of the Date Consent was mailed PAC Liaison Informs Alicia Higginbotham when Consent is Returned and Provides Copy PAC Liaison begins the FBA Process within 3 Days
