 The events during 1775 should have left the British parliament in no dought to tax the colonist. The colonists wouldn’t allow it so they asked Thomas Jefferson to argue for there independence.  But the colonist were wondering what were Thomas Jefferson's argument’s for there independence.  Could the colonists stand up to Britain?  YES, because they wanted to end the war.  The events during 1775 should have left the British parliament in no dought to tax the colonist.
