POLICY & INCENTIVES MADHYA PRADESH FISCAL & NON-FISCAL 1. Land Incentive 2. Investment Subsidy (bidding parameter) 3. Reimbursement of Tuition Fee to ITIs and SDCs 4. Reimbursement of training cost of trainers 5. Other incentives as per IPP Maximum of 5 acres of land at no cost on lease for a period of 30 years to establish ITIs in the unserviced development blocks Capital Investment Subsidy for establishing High End ITIs, General ITIs and Skill Development Centres Reimbursement of tuition fee for 50% seats sponsored by government for a maximum period of 10 years Reimbursement of 50% of the cost of training of the instructors of ITIs and SDCs Stamp duty and registration fee exemption Lease 1% pa Interest subsidy on capital investment for 5 years

INCREMENTAL SKILLED MANPOWER REQUIREMENT OF 7 MILLION + MANPOWR

OPPORTUNITIES High End ITIs To be established in 18 industrial growth centres O ffering training in minimum 01 NCVT approved trades in areas like Microprocessor and micro-controller programming, hydraulics and pneumatics, industrial automation, Computer Aided Drafting, pneumatic & electro pneumatics, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Advanced Engine Mechanic etc General ITIs To be established in 150 blocks O ffering training in minimum 6 NCVT approved trades Skill Development Centre To be established in 200 blocks O ffering training in short term job oriented courses
