How did T.R.’s personality, beliefs, and leadership style, shape his pursuit of Progressive reforms. Explain. With his dynamic personality and energetic leadership style he was well-suited to match the attitude of Americans during the Progressive Era. He was unafraid to face such challenges as the railroads and large trusts.
