Wash your hands!

Wash before: preparing food eating inserting or removing contacts AND after treating wounds or cuts

Wash after: Definitely wash your hands after you have gone to the bathroom. Always wash your hands after you have touched animals or animal waste. If you take out the garbage you should wash your hands right after that. If you are cooking and you handle raw meat, poultry or fish, then you should wash your hands afterward.

Soap and H 2 O Wet your hands Apply soap, then rub hands together Sing while you do it! Rinse soap off your hands Dry completely Use towel to turn off water

What about hand sanitiser? OK when there’s no soap and water Need to have at least 60% alcohol Use about ½ teaspoon Rub untill hands are dry

Wash Those hands! Make it a habit Kill germs Stay healthier
