NC WISE Attendance Module High Schools complete attendance for each class. Middle Schools complete attendance daily as directed by their administrators.

Attendance for High and Middle Schools All students present and on time. Select Course. Check AC box. Then Exit.

For Absences and Lates Click List

1.Check Absent or Late 2.Check AC box 3.SAVE 4.EXIT.

Attendance Wise Bytes 1.Once attendance is complete you DO NOT make changes. 2.All changes to attendance and absence reason coding are done by the Data Manager. 3.Create a roster for a substitute to use when you are absent. Use the Report called Class Record. 4.Always EXIT NC WISE before you leave your computer. 5.Do not give your password to anyone. Someone else could access your records. 6.Since it is the responsibility of the teacher, do not allow students or teacher assistants to record attendance in NC WISE. (You would be allowing them access to confidential information.)

To get a roster for a substitute, click the Reports button

Class Record

Enter up to 11 headings or just click OK.

Print out and make several copies for a substitute or for yourself.
