4 The Voice of the Networks FGO Programme Overview Board (POB) would set overall direction for Workgroups Each Workgroup would define, shape and decide prioritisation of topics Each Workgroup would be able to set up sub-groups if considered necessary for working up topics in detail, but would be responsible for local co-ordination Each Workgroup would be accountable to POB – Make due progress against agreed Plan – Deliver agreed outputs to POB (and to other Workgroup as required) – Escalate issues to POB for resolution POB would be able to focus on resolution of escalated issues and management of interdependencies between two Workgroups How might this work?
