Why is it important? “The Importance Factors” Broadly speaking research answers questions which result in the advancement of human understanding and scientific knowledge Research results in the exploration, discovery and interpretation of important issues In Health Care it generates a good basis for improving patient care i.e medicines, interventions and care pathways It assists in the provision and maintenance of ethical uniform standards
