(P LEASE MUTE PHONES UNLESS ASKING A Q UESTIONS )  The PHMR Release Candidate message is now published to the TRUD site for download  The draft message is under the NHS Interoperability Framework collection, on the left hand side of the screen.  …then click on the ITK Release Candidate  …now under the Telehealth – Domain Message Specification item click on the Subscribe link. Once subscribed you can download the released message it self. Click on download and then under Telehealth DMS Version 2.0 click on “Download this release”. 3

Interoperability Toolkit: PHMR C HANGES FROM THE D RAFT (P LEASE MUTE PHONES UNLESS ASKING A Q UESTIONS )  Models:  ServiceEvent Model - EffectiveTime HL7 class attribute is now mandatory  Blood Pressure Model –values from the BloodPressureSnomedCT subset should be used.  Consent Model - The incorrect datatype has been fixed to II instance identifier.  Blood Pressure Threshold Model - Mandatory Blood Pressure organizer structure added to constrain location of threshold limits.  FEV/ FEV Threshold Models - FEV1 Models amended to FEV Model. Model generalized to support other forced expiratory volume time readings.  LocationUniversal model - Code to describe location changed from mandatory to required to allow for when location not recorded or known.  Device model - Changed vocabulary from DeviceTypeSnCT to TelehealthDeviceTypeSnCT due to incorrect codes for telehealth in the old vocabulary.  Tabular Views:  Template tabular views - Improved tabular view descriptions  All above model changes reflected in TVs.  Vocabs/ Subsets:  RemoteMonitoringSettingSnCT – new code value pairs added  TelehealthDeviceTypeSnCT - new vocab (deprecates DeviceTypeSnCT) includes new code value pair and comments  FEVSnCT – addition of new subset  BodyWeightSnCT – birth weight removed  Examples:  Telehealth examples/ rendered examples – updated  Miscellaneous:  Distributed Envelope DMS added to Associated Specifications folder 4

Removes the need to install the test bench locally
