PROCEDURES for use of iPads in school Information about the Home School Agreement Action to be taken by class teachers if pupils do no use their iPads in a responsible and appropriate way during lessons Steps pupils should follow if their iPad has technical issues which need to be checked Steps pupils should follow if their iPad is lost, stolen or damaged The iPad minis are on loan to the pupils for Learning and Teaching purposes and must be used responsibly.

HOME SCHOOL AGREEMENT FORM As a pupil I agree to …………………………. As a parent/carer I agree to …………………….. The school agrees to …………………………………. This document must be signed by Parent/Carer and signed by the Pupil. The iPad mini will ONLY be issued to Parent/Carer when forms are signed at the Launch Event on 15/16 May A copy of the Home School Agreement will be on the school website. Sample copy was issued to pupils during Tutor Time

It is YOUR responsibility to charge your iPad mini at home ready for use in school Issue of iPad mini to S3 – info for Pupils It is YOUR responsibility to make sure there is a suitable cover on your iPad mini at all times to help prevent damage. HRHS will provide a cover for every iPad mini.

Ipads will be issued during Launch Events on THURSDAY 15 MAY 2014 and FRIDAY 16 MAY. All documentation/information about the issue of the Ipads to S3 pupils is available on the school website.
