Yr7 Homework 1 Research Woods Produce one detailed research into a one kind of wood of your choice. ( it may be the one you have been using in class) You may choose a softwood, hardwood or a man made board. In your research find out the following: 0 What does it look like? 0 What is this material used for? 0 Use images to enhance or explain your work. Higher: 0 Any other information about the characteristics of this material (soft, easy to cut, knots, strong) 0 Can this material be used for jewellery? Justify your answer Extra: 0 Choose another kind of wood and complete detailed research 0 Add pictures or sketches to support your research.
