The following site contains an interesting article looking at the effects of ethnography and cultural representation. It holds valid ideas and points of importance to contemporary anthropology. Reflecting on the effect and validation of ethnography in effectiveness. Nimuendaju is referenced as unique in his approach to ethnography through his ‘going-native’ approach. The growth of ethnography and anthropology in the twentieth centaury with anthropologists such as E.Pritchard created a very different approach to study. Leaving much scope for us today, to reflectively consider the validity of such ethnographies and cultural classifications.
