Ancient Egyptians Food !  The Ancient Egyptians ate bread, cereal, rice, potatoes or corn. Bread and cereal was part of their daily diet. They used nets to catch fish that gave Egyptians food. Reeds, called papyrus, grew along side of the Nile. Bread and cereal was made from wheat and barley.  back back
