Technology infrastructure joins up information and service delivery across the three tiers of local government. Home to local council websites engineered to 'exploit' the connectivity provided by the infrastructure's architecture. Facilitates a community of professional local council web authors, working together to share knowledge, experience and best practice to deliver continually improving quality of information and services to their customers.
