7 Are you Ready? Next Steps… 1. Ensure your membership with CAVR is up-to-date 2. Go to to download certification forms and/or receive package from CAVR Certification Chairwww.cavrcanada.org 3. Contact Certification Chair to confirm your ID number. 4. Ensure all requirements are met in the re-certification criteria before proceeding 5. Send papers &application fee to CAVR Chair of Certification 6. Papers to be disseminated to CAVR markers 7. Must be postmarked no later than December 31st 8. Certification awarded at National Conference in the presence of your peers and colleagues!!

8 Tips for keeping on track Keep anything related to your re-certification into a file for easy retrieval at a later date!! Take a “Professional Development” record to every workshop you attend and get signature Get involved in volunteer work either on a committee or a board!
