KX-NT5xx IP PT

1-1. KX-NT5xx - Specifications Version 7 NT5xx New IP-PT KX-NT5xx is supported. - KX-NT5xx hardware is based on KX-UT which supports improved hands-free functionality compare to KX-NT3xx. - But software is based on KX-NT3xx to support full PBX features. KX-NT543 　　　　　　　　KX-NT546 KX-NT560 3-line LCD 6-line LCD - BT headset feature is not available for KX-NT543 and NT546. - BT headset feature available for KX-NT560 without option. - EHS (Electronics Hook Switch) is available for all KX-NT5xx.

1-2. KX-NT5xx - Conditions Version 7 NT5xx Difference from KX-NT3xx - KX-TDA0470 IPEXT16 card does not support KX-NT5xx. Therefore one KX-TDE or KX-NCP can support maximum 128 KX-NT5xx by LAN port on MPR card. KX-NS1000 is recommended for more than 128 KX-NT phones. - Encryption is not supported. - Add-on key module is not available for KX-NT5xx. - Handset cord is longer. Public Telephone Network 2-2. Call Log for Extension Call Version 7 for PT Incoming call log is available for extension call also by programming. 2-3. Call Log for Extension Call Version 7 for PT Programming - This feature is enabled for incoming call and outgoing call separately using system optional programming. - Default is “Enable”. - Specification of “Disable” is same as TDE-NCP version 6 or before.

2-4. Call Log for Extension Call Version 7 for PT Condition - When outgoing call log is available for extension call, old same phone number is deleted from outgoing call automatically. This is applied to both extension call and trunk call. TDE-NCP version 7 Outgoing Call Log : Enable for Extension Call TDE-NCP version 7 Outgoing Call Log : Disable for Extension Call or TDE-NCP version 6 or before => Same number is logged. If call 105, old 105 is deleted. Other dials are kept. This improvement is not applied to incoming call log because “How often” is important.

2-5. Call Log for Extension Call Version 7 for PT Condition - Call log for extension call does not wok for system wireless. However following new DECT handset can receive call log for extension call. KX-TCA185 / KX-TCA285 / KX-TCA385

Tenant based Extension Directory

3-1. Tenant Extension Directory Version 7 Tenant Extension directory can be limited for same tenant user only by programming. Tenant 1 : ABC Trading Tenant 2 : Royal Travel 101 102 103 104 105 Ann Bill Catherine Diana Elizabeth 111 112 Andrew Charles Extension Directory does NOT display Andrew and Charles, when limitation is activated. Extension Directory displays Andrew and Charles also, when limitation is NOT activated.

3-2. Tenant Extension Directory Version 7 Tenant Programming - This feature is enabled using tenant programming. All Tenant : Can see directory of all extension 　　 (Default : Same as TDE/NCP version 6) Each Tenant : Can see directory of extension in same tenant only

TDA/TDE NCP/NS Any version 3-3. Tenant Extension Directory TDA/TDE NCP/NS Any version Conditions - DSS key is not limited for other tenant. - However flexible key programming can be limited to “one touch dial only” using extension programming. PT programming also can be restricted using COS programming. Above programming is available for KX-TDA/TDE/NCP/NS any version.

This feature is available for “keep ringing” mode also. Or cellular phone has to be member of ICD group using virtual PS. - DISA connection has to be enabled to detect DTMF # and transfer destination. - ESVM card or MSG card on OPB3 card - 2-ch SVM circuit on MPR card - Activation key is required to detect DTMF #. COS of the extension is applied to transfer call trunk for transferring. 5-1. Caller ID for Cellular Version 7 Cellular Caller ID of caller can be displayed on cellular phone, even if call is redirected from PBX to cellular phone. This service is available by some ISDN or SIP network in Europe. If incorrect “0” or “00” is displayed always, it can be removed by programming. See next page for programming. SIP Trunk Version 7 SIP “From Header” type is supported newly to receive caller ID from some SIP provider correctly. ”P-Asserted-Identity Header” (Default) / “From Header” .　 Even when not only number but also character is sent as DDI number from SIP provider, DDI feature works from version 7. Other features are also improved for SIP from version 7.
