Capital Since 2005 the University has added approximately 200,000 sq ft (net) to its foot print increases include:  RCFE (150,000 sq ft)  Buhler Building (33,488 sq ft)  AnX (39,900 sq ft)  The Asper Centre for the Theatre & Film (33,200 sq ft) reductions include:  Massey Building (27,500 sq ft)  William Norrie Centre (7,680 sq ft)  520 Portage Ave (21,700 sq ft) UW Sq ft per student 132 sq ft in 2012 is still amongst the lowest in the country

Capital Net increase in operating expenses is estimated at $150,000 annually, however The increased space has allowed ELP and the Collegiate to increase their annual contributions to the University from $1.6 million in 2006 to $2.1 million in 2011.
