How They Accomplished Their Goals -> They applied the 4 P’s -> Promotion, Product, Price and Place -> Place: more than 33,000 restaurants around the world in 118 countries. 65% of restaurants 75% of McDonalds revenues come from the US and Europe -> Helps achieves goal of being the biggest fast food chain in the world -> Product and promotion tie together -> Product promotion. “Dollar Drink Days” “Free Coffee” -> Price: McDonalds has very low prices which helps contribute them being the best fast food restaurant.

Franchise Structure -> Golden Arches of McDonalds most recognized franchise logo -> Over 33,000 franchise restaurants -> Known best for their burgers, fries and shakes -> In 2011, 87% of franchisees owned more than one McDonalds locations

Structure of Employees -> McDonalds franchise is composed of the following: -CEO, 11 directors, CFO, Human Resource, and a COO Within the McDonalds restaurants there is a structure of the following: -Franchisee or owner, general manager, restaurant manager, shift manager, 1 st and 2 nd assistant managers and a floor manager.
