To promote women and men equal participation in decision making and representation in public office; CPWP has the vision of a Cambodian society in which women and men enjoy equal access to opportunity and benefits from society

Five components: 1. Set up the women network at the grassroots level 2. Public Forum : Social Development and Women in Decision Making 3. Training of Women Candidates/training of women counselors and women activists 4. Work with indigenous/minority groups 5. Media Advocacy and Lobbying at the national level and local level

 Develop materials and messages  Develop radio/TV spots and broadcasting in target provinces and city  Speak in different radio programs in the NGOs program  Organize round table discussions in Radio and TV  Post activities on webpage  Drama plays at the provincial and local levels  Lobbying activities with the high officials:  Lobbying at the provincial, district of parties representatives;
