GO TO How to Update Your Rolls FRIENDS RECRUITS JR SOLDIER ADHERENT SR SOLDIER

GO TO Moving Members between Rolls In SAMIS 4.0 you enter the roll on which you wish to ADD members, and choose which roll they are coming FROM. FRIENDS RECRUITS JR SOLDIER ADHERENT SR SOLDIER

GO TO For instance, if you wish to add new Adherents, recently enrolled or transferred, you select the Adherents Roll, and indicate where the new members are coming FROM. New Adherents could be transferred from the Friends Roll, or Sr. Recruit’s Roll. However, if the Sr. Recruit’s Roll was not updated while they were involved in classes, you might bring them directly from the Friends Roll. FRIENDS RECRUITS JR SOLDIER ADHERENT SR SOLDIER

GO TO It is expected that units will update the Rolls on a monthly basis, so that reports will be current and up to date when collecting membership statistics divisionally or territorially. Updating on a monthly basis will help units remember to track new births, new contacts, recruits and enrollments more efficiently. FRIENDS RECRUITS JR SOLDIER ADHERENT SR SOLDIER
