What have I done and learned? Accomplishments… Most proud of the improvement I’ve made in my marks in school Learned how to play 3 instruments, and am learning the 4 th Raised over $1500 for MS with a team created by me and a friend Proud of getting MVP in a few of my softball games Earned a babysitting certificate and St. John’s emergency first aid certificate Keeping a part- time job that will get me 80 hours of work experience

How am I going to get there? Staying fit… Exercising on a regular basis Jogging Yoga Gym membership Baseball I will get my 80 hours of physical activity by continuing these activities in grades 11 and 12

Eating healthy… Eat lots of fruits and veggie Cook for myself – not eating out Shop in health food stores Limit the carbs, and eat more protein Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day

Managing stress and maintaining healthy relationships… When I’m stressed I … Listen to music Play music Read a book Watch a movie Go for a run/walk Maintaining relationships Be kind and considerate Make a point of asking how they are and what is going on in their life Write letters, make phone calls
