Our Mandates NOSDA Strategic Plan NOSDA has four major program-delivery mandates. It also plays a role in advocating for healthy social development and accessible labour markets in Northern Ontario and its communities, and as well serving as a vehicle that its members can use to enhance their internal and group capacity as organizations.
