A goal is what we hope to accomplish An objective is a stepping stone on the path of achieving the goal (sub-goal) A common goal is a goal that many other people also hope for and are willing to help us to achieve. What is a common goal?

What is your goal?

Ask yourself these questions What is the need that is addressed by the goal? Who might have these needs? Who can benefit from a project that addresses these needs?
