askON reports simple to produce and export to excel each library site coordinator has full access to the Reporting and Analytics module overview reports and stats posted to askONportal

askON key report types: 1.Traffic in a given time frame # of chats by queue (academic and/or public) average length of interaction traffic by day of week / by hour 2. Transcripts –details of chats in a given time frame # of chats by originating library # of chats responded to by individual library details of exit surveys (visitor evaluations)
