How to be successful in Grade 9 Religion!

FREEDOM = CHOICE = RESPONSIBILITY

I am free to make choices about my course work. If I make a bad choice, I will be responsible for my choice. No Excuses.

My Responsibilities: I will always arrive to class on time. I will always be in full uniform. I will leave my phone and/or ipod in my locker.

My Responsibilities: I will not bring food into the classroom. I will sign in with the office with a note if I am late. I will catch up on work if I have an absence from class.

My Responsibilities: I will complete my work with care and submit it on time. Upon entering the classroom, I will take what I need from my school bag and place it at the back of the room to avoid distractions. I will be respectful of my peers and teacher.

Agreement: I agree to my responsibilities for Grade 9 Religion with Mrs. Cooper. Student Name:________________________ Parent Name:_________________________
