Little Bo Peep By: Mrs. Hutchings’ and Ms. Wheeler’s Grade 1 Class

Meadow The meadow has grass, trees, rocks, flowers and bushes. The sun is shining brightly.

Characters Little Bo Peep – A girl who lost her sheep. Sheep – The sheep were chasing a butterfly. Butterfly – The Butterfly lands on Little Bo Peep’s shoulder.

Problem Little Bo Peep: Where are my sheep? Butterfly: Flutter, flutter. Why are these sheep chasing me? Sheep: That’s a pretty butterfly! Let’s chase it!

Events Butterfly: I had better flutter away from those sheep! Little Bo Peep: Where are those sheep? Are they in the barn? Sheep: Baa! Baa! Baa! Let’s chase the butterfly before it gets away.

Solution Butterfly: I’m getting tired. Maybe I should rest. That shoulder looks like a place to rest. Flutter, flutter, flutter. Little Bo Peep: Oh my goodness! What’s behind me? SHEEP! Sheep: She found us! But the butterfly got away. Butterfly: I’m glad I took that break, it helped me escape. Phew!
