Is there evidence of natural justice for the victim as a result of this campaign? Is there evidence of natural justice for the perpetrator as a result of this campaign? Is there sufficient evidence of violence against men to justify a dual campaign? Do the statistics of violence against men indicate that the aggressors are domestically known to the victim, or is the violence more likely situational violence such as ‘bar fights’ or ‘pub brawls’ or ‘football games’? Is the media a useful way to launch a campaign that protects human rights? How does this campaign improve the judicial remedies for victims of abuse? What other services or programs or policies are you aware of that protect these human rights in Australia?
