The Work Lab The Competency Navigator is a world first web enabled diagnostic tool that collects and analyses information on staff skills and competencies The user is guided through a series of screens that matches their skills to best fit nationally accredited qualifications. Determining what needs to be assessed is a first step in the recognition process. Offering recognition up front at enrolment is a natural place to start.
