How to Improve the Quality Management (QM) in an Organization It’s easy to achieve one stage but it is very difficult to maintain it

Introduction To create a high quality, high performing product or service that meets and exceeds the customers’ expectations This study is aim to investigate the relationship between employees’ performance and quality of organization performance Objectives: 1)to investigate the strategies to improve QM in an organization 2)to study the relationship between employees’ role and organization’s performance Research questions: 1) how employees’ role impact QM in the organization 2)what are the strategies used by the organization to maintain the organization performance

Literature Review Strategies to improve QM: - changes in organization culture, -communication and -cooperation Important of QM: - improve financial and market performance - ensures the customers’ satisfaction -increase the revenues and reduces waste -development of work team
