Residence Halls Serving more than 3,000 students, your three Residence Halls combine comfortable living with a sense of community that will make your housing experience a memorable one. The Residence Halls are the recommended and preferred home for over 75% of UCR’s freshman class. On-Campus housing is guaranteed for two years to all newly-admitted, single students who live in the Residence Halls for their entire first year and continue to meet all housing deadlines

Doubles The most common living arrangements in the Residence Halls are double occupancy rooms. Double rooms are same gender, except where noted in optional Special Interest areas. Triples There are a limited number of triple occupancy rooms available in the Residence Halls at a discounted rate. The triple room discount is $150 per quarter at East Lothian, $300 per quarter at A-I, and $300 per quarter at Pentland Hills. Triple rooms are same gender, except where noted in optional Special Interest areas. Suites This double-occupancy living arrangement is only available at Pentland Hills. Suites cost an additional $300 per quarter. Suites are same gender, except where noted in optional Special Interest areas.
