 My name is Helena;  I’m thirty-six years old;  I was born in Tomar on 17th of June in 1973;  I’m Portuguese;  Now I live in Casais Brancos, but I have a house in Torres Vedras;  I have a brother, his name is Carlos. He went to New York in 2003.

 My father and my stepmother live in Ferreira do Zêzere, they have a child. His name is Bruno he is my brother too;  My stepmother has two daugthers, they live in Fátima. We lived together for five years;  Now I’m a student, I like to learning, to reading, to watching T.V., to walking, to swimming, and some times also I like to cook;

 I like the Summer and I go to the beach on hot days.

 I’m taking a course on computers Systems in Lourinhã.  We have course every day from Monday to Friday.  I leave home at 9 o’clock, and arrive at arround 6h15 in the afternoon;  I get up around eight o’clock. After this I take a shower, get dressed and sometimes I have breakfast at home;

 In the days of course I always lunch at one o’clock;  At two o’clock we return to the course;  After leaving the course, sometimes I go to the supermarket to buy some fresh vegetables for dinner;  At seven o’clock, I start cooking to me and my husband;

 In the Summer, on hot days, we have a dip in the pool at night before dinner;  In the Winter, it’s good to be home and sometimes we will both playing a game;  After dinner I wach the dishes, clean the kitchen, and watch television;  When I have some work to do about the course, I try to finish it at night;

 At the weekend I get up later, at around nine or ten o’clock;  Then I clean my house,do the laundry, go to the shopping, sometimes I cook at home, sometimes we have lunch or dinner out;  On Sunday morning, we usually go cycling;  I like going to the beach and walking in the sand;  Sometimes we spend weekends away in the motorhome.
