Programme implementation Organizational Assessment conducted before award is given Needs clear implementation strategy Don’t commit to targets that your NS is unable to deliver Requires proper documentation of all programme documents Monitoring plans needs to be clear at all levels Have clear reporting tools - data are externally verified at two levels (PMU and LFA) Adherence to reporting deadlines – not negotiable
