Dos & Don’ts while handling Computers 1)Do not push the Computer Table. 2)Press the keys on the keyboard gently. 3)Do not touch wires or cables when the Computer is on. 4)Do not keep eatables near Computer. 5)To protect your eyes from strain, adjust your seat such that the monitor is 0.8m away from your eyes. 6)Never bring a magnet around the computer or a floppy. It can harm the system.

Controlling the Mouse Mouse helps us to point to any object on the screen. Mouse helps us to draw. It has 2 buttons: Left & Right. Use your Index finger & middle finger to hold the mouse Left Button Right Button I help to point on the screen

Steps to : do a Single Click Step 1. ‘Press’ the Left Button once. Step 2. Then Leave it. The mouse will make a Single Click Sound. Steps to : do a Double Click Step 1. ‘Press’ the Left Button twice quickly. Step 2. Then Leave it. The mouse will make a Double Click Sound. Steps to : Drag Step 1. Hold the Mouse properly. Step 2.
