Mission & Vision Deliver high quality learning to adults & non- traditional students worldwide Deliver learning that is affordable, accessible, and effective Prepare students for a wide range of careers Continually enhance educational tools & methods

Challenges Student enrollment stagnant over past 3 years Decline in student retention Retention rates trail peer institutions Perceived lack of social presence Difficulty fostering sense of community Difficulty creating effective learning objects

Technology Proposal Incorporate new tools & technologies Facilitate more effective & efficient learning Enhance the learning environment Tools that can eventually replace the LMS

Feedback & Assessment Allow student work to be submitted & facilitate the feedback between teachers and students.

Selection Process Each tool was evaluated & scored using the SECTIONS framework introduced by Bates & Pool (2003)
