Furthermore, high school completion rates, particularly for FNMI students are also significantly lower. We also know that changes to improve student learning will occur through the effective implementation of a large number of smaller initiatives, rather than through a single transformation. Questions: “How can we, at our school, change the educational process, for those students we currently fail? What are some small wins that will make a difference for students and move us in the direction of fully meeting the educational needs of these students?” wp
