 “recognizing that participatory media tools provide a direct link to non-school culture, art teachers can (and should) incorporate these technologies to their pedagogy and curricula in order to increase the relevance of the learning experiences offered to their students.” (Roland, March 2009, p.1)  Art Education 2.0 is a network that I would use in multiple levels.  The monthly featured website resources and the RSS would provide current research that could be use in my classroom.  Current Projects area is where teachers feature their lesson plans and photos of student projects. I would showcase my students’ works. I would investigate the projects from other members and be inspired to create projects that will fit my environment. Classroom 2.0 link to Copyright friendly resources  With these links I could emphasize cyber laws to the students and teach them about cyber ethics.  In my Graphic Design and Animation classes it’s important for my students to learn about the copyright law because the Internet is their primary source for references.  Classroom 2.0 will help students connect with links that they know it’s within the law to use safely.  With these links I could emphasize cyber laws to the students and teach them about cyber ethics.  In my Graphic Design and Animation classes it’s important for my students to learn about the copyright law because the Internet is their primary source for references.  Classroom 2.0 will help students connect with links that they know it’s within the law to use safely.
