The Menu Starters Wild Mushroom & Madeira Soup Asparagus & Lemongrass Soup Sun-dried Tomato & Orange Soup *** Main Courses Salmon with an Avocado and Tequila Cream Sauce Roast Fillet of Pork served on a bed of Braised Red Cabbage with a Redcurrant Sauce Broccoli and Butternut Squash Boudin on a bed of Red Cabbage served with a Red Wine Sauce (Vegetarian) ***Desserts Raspberry Bavarois served in a Sponge Case with a Mango Coulis Tuile Basket filled with Fresh Fruit Salad and served on a Raspberry Sauce Rich Chocolate and Ginger Mousse with Steamed Meringue Please, make your option (one starter, one main course and one dessert) and send it to by Friday, 17 th August.
