Educational Supervisor An Educational Supervisor is responsible for overseeing training and documentation of clinical training –Confirm appropriate inductions –Develop a learning agreement and educational objectives including plans for study leave –Meet the trainee at the beginning, middle and end of a placement –Conduct appraisal and to provide feedback –Produce a structured report at the end of the year to inform ARCP (including workplace appraisal) –Provide career advice if appropriate –Contact the TPD if concerns regarding training
