Future Assessment Description of existing IT resources and administrative structures in context of future integration with tracking system Includes survey of individual environmental and health dept information systems, IT infrastructure, decision-making protocols, in- house expertise, funding, and interagency interaction Needs Assessment

IT Policies & Decision-Making Processes, responsibility, and authority for surveillance and related IT in DHS and Cal/EPA Relationship to state policies, procedures, etc Relationship between decision-making nodes How are cross program decisions made? MOU Needs Assessment
