Task 1 & 2 Scenario: You are working in a local care organisation. The manager provides work experience opportunities for young people from the local schools and college. She is concerned that the learners do not have sufficient experience in using effective communication skills within a care environment and asks you to produce training materials that can be used during the work experience induction session. Task 2 (P1, M1) : In Pairs you must produce a Ppt to meet the following criteria. You will both have to research and produce the ppt then present it to the class. Clearly explain and describe (with images) what is meant by and give examples of: Verbal Communication Non Verbal communication Written Communication Technological aids You will need to read through the pages of the book from Ch 1 in the book chapter file to do the tasks and the last 3 lessons from Frog. You must complete the task today with your partner and both of you must have a copy of your presentation to present to the class next week. Homework: You must read over you presentation with your partner so that you are confident to present it to the class.
