The role and purpose of industrial Relations

Definition Industrial Relations is concerned with the relations between organized workers, management and state (which is a government institution) as it relates to the workplace.

Definition It can also be described as a science seeking to understand industrial conflict and to develop a role for its effective operation within the working environment.

The focus of Industrial Relations It is concerned with the establishment of an orderly and safe workplace. What would happen if there is no Industrial Relations System?
