Health Guide Do you know that potato is a cause of why people get fat? -Potato contains a lot of starch which causes the consumer to continuing to feel hungry even after a whole serving of it. Try to consume less potato is your diet, and substitute it with more vegetables instead. -When going out for meals, check the nutritional value of the food when you can. You can avoid fattening food and go for healthier choices instead. -Many people spend more time on social networking than they do to care about their health. Try to restrict yourself from the computer, unless you are doing work on it (e.g. Project Work Powerpoint)

Survey Results When Do You Eat? a)When I am hungry (24 Votes) b)When I am tempted to eat (6 Votes) c)When I think I am hungry (5 Votes) d)Others: (3 Votes with reasonable answers)

When Do You Eat? Some people still have the tendency to start eating when they are tempted to, e.g. looking at their friends eat. Eating when you feel tempted to may cause you to overeat. It is good to start trying to control yourself before temptation takes over!

Survey Results Q7: Do you consume fast food often? a)Yes, 2-3 times a week (9 Votes) b)Yes, 4-6 times a week (4 Votes) c)No, 1 time a week (9 Votes) d)No, I seldom visit fast food restaurants (6 Votes)

Do you consume fast food often? Many people in the class consume fast food more often than the recommended fast food intake per week. The recommended fast food intake is 1 time per week, while quite a few had chosen 2-3 times a week, and some even more. Fast food are notorious for being the culprit of a society of people who are more obese, and it is due to the fact that they contain a lot of unhealthy ingredients such as a whole lot of salt and a lot of oil is used in the cooking process.

What can we do? - The most logical way we can think of now, as students, is to use Social Media to reach out to our target audience, as we do not have any money or contact with people who we can get advertising needs.

Pictures and Videos  This graph shows why do people want to stay skinny and thin. The result shows that as many as 26.8% of people go on diets just for their Appearance and looks. Surprisingly, only 15.5% of people go on a healthy diet for their well-being. It shows how people do not actually care about their well-being but more for their apppearances. Do not go on a diet just because you want to look good.
