Motivation Swedish:  “we don’t need as much encouragement or "stars" from our managers”  “we think it is very important to like your job”Russian:   “encouragement plays one of the most important roles for us”(We need to be praised)  “to like your job is less important than to have a high salary”

The way we cope with conflicts Swedish:  “We don’t see conflicts as productive”  “We want calm discussions with many perspectives”Russian:  “Conflicts are not the best way to find solution”  “Conflicts are accompanied with emotional argues”

Swedish and Russian ways of management Having analyzed two absolutely different ways of management we can say the following:  We have various values in management, principles and attitude to way of running business  If you are going to have a deal with Swedish partners, you should take into consideration all cultural and managerial clashes
