HOW TO MAKE A ROCKET BY SAM CANNINGTON

THE FUSELAGE 1.Cut out a thin peace of cardboard.

2. Wrap the cardboard that you cut out around a broom handle.

3. Tape up the seems.

THE NOSE CONE 1. Cut out a piece of model foam.

2. Sand the foam back until you have a cone shape.

3. Slide the nose cone in to the fuselage, and if the nose cone is to big just sand it back, and if it’s to small just put a bit of paper around the bottom to make it fit.

THE FINS Trace around your fin cut it out.

Then sand back the top edge, and glue it on to the fuselage.

Then you have your fins.

ENGINE HOLDER 1. Cut out the base of the holder by getting a used rocket engine and trance a little bit bigger around the base.

2. Cut out a little hole in the circle that you just cut out like this.

ENGINE HOLDER 1. Get a used rocket engine the same one that you are going to put in yours when you launch it, and measure the width of the engine.

2. Then cut enough out so it would wrap around the engine. 3. Then just tape it together. 4. Glue the circle of balsa that you cut out on the bottom of this.

ENGINE SPACES 1. Cut out a thin peace of balsa as long as the engine holder.

2.Then stick it on to the side of the engine holder.

YOU HAVE YOUR ROCKET!!! Good luck flying it.
