Ambition in Action Who is the TAFE NSW Workforce Development Guarantee for?  The Workforce Development Guarantee is for all TAFE NSW staff in Institutes and Central Units. Administrative, clerical, support staff, teachers, head teachers and managers will be supported to develop skills and capabilities which reflect their particular customer service roles.  TAFE NSW has a highly skilled and capable workforce. This is our key strength. Sydney Institute will support you to achieve further formal qualifications ( or single and multiple unit skill sets) within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) in the six capability areas.
