Main Characters  Omri is a 9 year old boy with a tiny real life Indian named Little Bear.  Patrick is Omris best friend and Patrick brought Boone to life.  Little Bear is an Indian that was brought to life by Omri.  Boone is the cowboy and he was brought to life by Patrick.

The Indian in the Cupboard is about a boy named Omri who receives a plastic Indian from his best friend Patrick for his birthday. No one expects the Indian named Little Bear to come to life… but when he does it literally unlocks a wonderful tale of empowerment, compromise, friendship and love.

If you would like to learn more about Boone and Little Bears journey I suggest you read The Indian in the Cupboard. The author did a great job creating characters with big personalities that you cant help but laugh out loud at and love.

“Don’t put them together ya know;” “Cowboys and Indians!”… ~ Patrick [about Little Bear and Boone]
