Background  Sam Ervin was born on September 27,1897.  Sam grew up in Morganton, NC.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina.  He always paid attention to details  Sam graduated from the University of North Carolina.  He got married to Margaret Bell Ervin.  When he got married to Margaret he didn’t pay attention as he use to.

Sam’s Later Life  Sam served Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court.  In 1956, Sam organized resistance to the Brown.V. Board Education calling for desegregation of school drafting.  December 1974, Sam decided to write books.  The reason he started writing books was because he liked them.  In combat at France, during World War 1, he was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross.

Sam’s Death  Sam died from old age in  Where he died was in Winston Salem, NC.  Sam made an Impact on keeping us on track for paying attention to the law. Since Sam died we have been paying attention to the law, Keep paying attention to the law!!!!!
